Hi, my name is Alberta Aronica Jensen. I was born in Italy and now living in Denmark.
Being a world traveler allowed me to learn different languages as English, Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Danish. I can offer services with all these translations.
Why Matri?
Matri means ”mother” in latin. I am honouring motherhood and the legacy I am carrying. I wanna share that with the people that cross my path. I have learned to transform pain into power, to release anything that is limiting my inner strength. It is a choice to heal, It is a choice to be free from fears, doubts and anxieties. In a safe space, with guidance and support, we will work towards the freedom we are meant to be feeling and to become who we truly are.

Working with crystals can be a tool for grounding, centering, and supporting emotional balance. It helps create a sense of calm when experiencing anxiety, restlessness, or emotional imbalance. Holding or carrying a crystal can serve as a physical reminder to pause, focus and become more present.
Following our session, you may notice a greater sense of relaxation, grounding, or emotional ease. You may also feel peaceful, reflective, or simply more present in your body and surroundings. You may also become more aware of thoughts, emotions, or areas of your life that need attention.
Through conversation, and grounding, we support emotional balance, inner clarity, and a deeper connection to your own intuition and sense of purpose. I will guid you through difficult moments and we will work focusing on rebalance and/or release what is needed.
In the days following our session, you may notice thoughts, emotions, or insights coming to the surface. Give yourself permission to experience whatever arises without judgement, and allow yourself the time and space to process it gently.
